Teri Snelgrove

The NFB has an international reputation for excellence in production – particularly in animation, being the only Canadian Cultural Institution to consistently be nominated for Academy Awards as well as having their productions lauded throughout prestigious organizations on several continents.

Teri is an executive producer and founding advisor for BC and Yukon and is a longtime producer and filmmaker in her own right. Teri will be hosting a four-hour presentation on getting your project launched and funded with a focus on the National Film Board involvement. Ins and outs of grant availability and artist funding’ including first time and emerging artists will be a focus. We will also be touching on Canadian grants for emerging artists in film and the gaming industry. Featured a screening of some of NFBs most notable recent work: Mountain of Skaana and Shop Class.
